On Tuesday 28 June Doug Marmion gave a presentation to the Hansard team at Parliament House on Australian languages with a particular focus on orthographies and addressed some of the issues that Hansard have with identifying and writing words from Australian languages and choosing the most appropriate spelling of language/group names.
